Please Try to arrive on time, and give the appropriate time indicated for Moving or Cancelling your appointment so that we can strive to offer the best customer Care to you.

All Salon Services are closely monitored by Our Team to ensure you get the Best of Care.

Booking Procedures for New Clients:  A Booking Fee Of 50% will be charged to secure a Booking.  Refund available if Cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to scheduled Booking.

All Bookings have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy.  If you Move or Cancel your Booking in side the 48 hour time frame your appointment will be Billed to you at the 100% rate of your scheduled services for your Booking. (conditions apply)
